Black empowerment is reflected in the Netmark structure with a 25,1 % shareholding, which is governed through our Sisonke Empowerment Trust. Direct involvement from managerial to operational level is functional within the structures of the company. In so doing, we can contribute in helping society effectively compete in the global marketplace.
